6444 Keswick Drive
Built in 1968, this 2,400 sq ft Keswick Drive residence received a full interior and exterior renovation. Gold LLC updated the kitchen with granite countertops and new backsplash, retiled the living room, dining room, den, kitchen, and 4th bedroom, renovated both bathrooms with new tile flooring, and added plantation shutters throughout. Fresh interior and exterior paint and a covered patio round out the transformation.
3060 Dumbarton Road
Built in 1964, this Dumbarton Road brick home was brought back to life with a full interior renovation. Gold LLC refinished the hardwood floors, restored the gas fireplace with its original brick surround, installed a tiled walk-in shower in the renovated bathroom, added wainscoting and plantation shutters, and updated the eat-in kitchen — all while preserving the home's classic Memphis character.
